Our one-size-fits-all roof rack system is dressed in black so it's ready for a night on the town or a stealth mission. Screw-together cross bars allow for compact storage when needed. The Monkey Bars feature round black powder-coated aluminum cross bars; choose between the standard 48" cross bars and the extended 60" cross bars. Either version allows you to easily attach accessories for activities such as kayaking, skiing, surfing and paddle boarding, biking, or hauling cargo. Have a wide or narrow roof? No worries, the vacuum mounts can be moved to any position on the bar to ensure a perfect fit for any vehicle.
Includes (2) Oval Pads for the rear bar that can be swapped out for use on vehicles with ridged roofs.

Let me start of by saying seasucker customer service is by far the best I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had my monkey bars for a year, I had a minor issue with one cup, seasucker customer service made resolving my monkey bar issue the fastest I’ve ever seen. But let’s talk about how solid these are. I’m the poster child for sketchy idiot business and If the monkey bars were not built as amazing as they are then sweet baby Jesus would’ve I have caused some havoc. Imagine driving down the highway and some tuned up mustang GT with a 15 foot canoe blows by you doing 120 blasting Mikey Cyrus Party in the USA. Some people wish their marriages could hold on as strong as these hold on to the roof of my car. Find you somebody like seasucker. I love you guys
The 48" Monkey Bars performed securely and carried our 17 foot 80 pound canoe on our Alaskan RV as described on the website and in reviews. We just returned from our maidan voyage on a 600 mile road trip down dirt roads and poorly maintained hard-surface roads from our Eagle River, AK home. The bars never loosened or lost their vacuum. After years of looking for a way to carry our beloved canoe, we found and decided to give Monkey Bars a try. We couldn't be more pleased with the performance and all the Alaskan adventures Monkey Bars opens up to us.
I had to monkey around a bit to find the right location to mount them. The convertible top presented difficulties but I figured it out. I had to roll the fork mount forward a bit. I may readjust to see if I can get it more upright.
The monkey bars we purchased have exceeded our expectations, the stock bars offered by tesla are fixed and more expensive so I'm super pumped to have found these. So far we've used them for winter ski trips with a roof carrier attached and most recently our 16' canoe up top. Easy on and off and although a little nervous on our first use with them we've come to trust them thoroughly. My one suggestion would be to find a way to hinge the front double suction mounts as the curved roof on our tesla makes them a little harder to install, and I can only assume they are fighting each other for strength also. Ultimately I would recommend highly and purchase again if ever needed.
I have used the monkey bars rack system, with the bike carrier and wheel holder and I'm 100% satisfied with the way the hardware works. The monkey bars attach to the car easily, and the bike attaches without effort. I considered a hitch mount and decided this was a much better option. The monkey bars break down into two pieces, and the whole thing fits into the frunk when not being used.
